All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide replacement parts or a replacement item at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging

Claims submitted without required documentation or outside the eligibility window may be denied.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback.

Once verified, we will ship replacement parts or a replacement item. Refunds are not issued for damage claims.

We are not responsible for damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
